Part 1: Email
Tap the "Email" icon.
In our example, we configure an Exchange 2013 account on a Samsung tablet running on Android 4.1.2. The process may vary slightly for other versions.
Make sure that you are connected to the internet via 3G or Wi-Fi.
Part 2: Configure the email account
Enter the Exchange 2013 account password that you set up in the Web Control Panel.
Then go to "Manual setup".
Part 3: Email account type
Select "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" as the account type.
Part 4: Exchange server settings
Now enter your Exchange account details.
"Domain\username": don't enter the domain - enter your full email address after the backslash ().
Password: the Exchange 2013 account password you set up in the Web Control Panel.
"Exchange Server": enter the address of your Exchange 2013 server. In our example, the address is ex.mail.ovh.net. For Private Exchange, enter the server name you chose when you installed the software.
Make sure that the "Use secure connection" and "Accept all SSL certificates" options are ticked.
Tap "Next" to continue.
Part 5: Activate the account

A second message will appear requesting permission to remotely control your device. Tap "OK" to confirm.
Part 7: Account options
Here you can select configuration options for the Exchange email address.
Once you have selected your options, tap "Next" to continue.
Part 8: Device administrator
A list of Android email application permissions will be displayed.
Tap "Activate" to continue.
Part 9: Finish up
You can now name your email account.
Tap "OK" to finalise the installation of your Exchange account.
